Villa Gecko is located at Jardim da Bensafrim, which is a small collection of houses situated in the countryside just off the Lagos to Bensafrim road, about twelve minutes drive north of the town of Lagos. Lagos boasts a fine marina and several beaches, including the magnificent Meia Praia and the pretty Praia Dona Ana, together with a full range of supermarkets, smaller shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The villa is single storey and spacious with interestingly contoured ceilings and steps up to the two smaller bedrooms. The kitchen/dining area is very large with patio doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The dining area seats six.
