Casa Ursa sits a large plot which is fully fenced and gated with plenty of parking for 4+ cars. On entering the property an reception area leads you to main the living areas. There is a very spacious lounge area with ample seating, large flat screen TV with English and German channels, DVD and WiFi. Patio doors from the lounge lead you to shaded outside lounging area, the lawn and main pool area. To the left of the lounge through an archway is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the dining area there are patio doors to the lawn and pool terrace. Just off the lounge is also a kingsize bedroom with en suite shower room. Also from the reception area clients have access to a family area which has a double bedroom with patio doors to a shaded terrace area, there is an en suite shower room and also a door leads to a twin bedroom, ideal for keeping the kids with you. Access to the first floor is from the reception area, up the staircase is a spacious airy master double bedroom with patio doors to a terrace and pool, garden and countryside views. The first floor bedroom has an en suite master bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Just before the entrance to the main villa is a separate apartment family sleeping area. This has wider door frames and is suitable for people with mobility issues. Within this family area is a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room. There is a door which gives access to a twin bedroom, which itself has an en suite shower. There is plenty of room in all bedrooms for cots and z beds if required. Cots come at no extra cost, however, there is an additional weekly cost for Z-beds, we can also supply High chairs on request at no extra charge. The villa is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning in the bedrooms, hair dryers and safes available. The owners want you to relax in comfort and this is also amplified outside with a large chillout area under stylish shades. Furthermore this area hosts the BBQ, stone table and chairs and table tennis. The villa has a nice lawn area that separates the main house from the pool terrace and chillout area.
